A coupler is a mechanical device fitted under the keys to make the above or below octave play automatically – effectively ‘coupling the note’ for a richer and fuller sound.
This harmonium is a great choice for home programs and daily kirtans in the temple. You can use it to perform powerful kirtans in the altar room and enjoy the practice of your favorite tunes and bhajans at home. The volume of the sound can be easily adjusted by removing the wooden deck on top of the instrument. Perfect for chords-based and traditional tunes.
